Circuit board assembly starts now!

Hi MAKERphone people,

This is what electronic circuit boards look like when they come out of a factory.

They come panelized like this because we need to feed them into a pick-and-place machine that mounts all the tiny (SMD) components that come pre-soldered on the boards.

After the SMD assembly, the boards are de-panelized with a special CNC machine that cuts them apart with a tiny knife.

We’ll show you some footage of this process as well!

Expect more updates soon!

Sincerely,

Albert and the team
